Intuitive and empathetic, Alice easily establishes rapport, builds trust, and gains respect by fostering a genuine and supportive therapeutic environment for her clients. She takes a collaborative approach to therapy and provides tailored support to her clients, empowering them to navigate their challenges, build resilience, achieve personal growth and reach their therapeutic goals.

Alice works with individuals across the lifespan and has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents. She uses evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, mood difficulties, adjustment issues, life transitions and events, and general psychological well-being.

Alice also has a special interest in the perinatal space. She is passionate about supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum adjustment, early bonding with their infants, and the unique challenges of early parenthood. She also enjoys helping families to address adjustment issues and family dynamics associated with the introduction of a new family member. Her interests in this area aim to enhance parental well-being, foster healthy family dynamics, and support children’s developmental needs.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Alice has a strong interest in psychological assessments and is skilled in conducting evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Learning Difficulties.
