Empathetic and compassionate, Clara creates a warm and non-judgmental space for her clients to explore their presenting concerns and successfully navigate their mental health journey.

She strives to ensure her clients feel truly heard and supported, and individually tailors a treatment plan to meet their therapeutic needs and goals.

Her professional practice is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and supported with other contemporary evidence-based treatment modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Mindfulness techniques.

Clara’s international background and exposure has given her a deep passion and profound understanding of how culture shapes a person’s identity, values and life experience. It has also provided her a unique insight into the challenges and pressures people from different cultures may experience at work, in their personal relationships, and socially in the community. This lived experience enables Clara to relate to, connect with, and empower clients from a diverse range of backgrounds.

Clara works with individuals across the lifespan and from a diverse range of backgrounds, helping them to navigate through life stages and events and address presenting issues including trauma-related disorders, adjustment issues, neurodiversity (ADHD, Autism), anxiety, stress and burnout.
