Georgia is a registered provisional psychologist who holds a Master of Professional Psychology from Flinders University. Her undergraduate psychological qualifications include a Bachelor of Psychological Science at Flinders University, followed by an Honours degree in Psychological Science at The University of Adelaide. Georgia also holds a Medical Science degree from Flinders University, which complements her special interest in the biological and psychological aspects of mental health.
Warm and compassionate with a friendly and approachable nature, Georgia creates a supportive environment for her clients to share and address their presenting concerns. She takes a client-centred approach to therapy by helping her clients to better understand themselves, walking beside them along the therapeutic journey, and empowering her clients to reach their therapeutic goals.
Georgia works with clients across the lifespan and uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) to address a range of presenting concerns including; anxiety, depression, life stages and events, mood difficulties, adjustment disorders, and general psychological well-being.
Georgia has experience working with vulnerable populations and has a special interest in trauma and the biological and psychological aspects of mental health.
Georgia is also passionate about the psychological assessment space, and is available to administer comprehensive evaluations for ADHD, Autism, and Learning Difficulties in children and adults.
