Tayla is a registered provisional psychologist who completed both her undergraduate and honours degree in psychological science at the University of Adelaide.
Tayla is a friendly and compassionate provisional psychologist who aims to create a warm, patient focused environment to support her patients unique goals. She is passionate about providing patients with an individualised, holistic care approach drawn from evidence-based practices. Tayla believes in empowering her patients to overcome their challenges and improve the quality of their life.
Tayla works with people across the lifespan to manage anxiety and mood difficulties and to build self-esteem. She has a particular interest in working with patients with self-esteem, bullying, and body image concerns. She also has a keen interest in helping patients with concerns related to PTSD, mood, anxiety health, pain, grief, and loss. Tayla has completed research in the effects of bullying on one’s self esteem and enjoys supporting people with adjustment to life events and general stressors.
