Elissa is a Registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar. She completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Clinical Psychology at Flinders University. She also completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts at the University of South Australia prior to commencing her studies to become a psychologist.
Elissa’s therapeutic style is warm and collaborative, focused on providing tailored therapeutic approaches for each individual. Elissa practises in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Schema Therapy.
Elissa has worked with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. She has a particular interest in anxiety (social anxiety, generalised anxiety, panic disorder, agoraphobia, OCD) and depression, perfectionism, ADHD, stress and burnout, bullying, life adjustments, school-based difficulties, relationship difficulties and family issues.
