Jess is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She holds a Master of Psychology (Health) and Bachelor of Psychology (First Class Honours) from The University of Adelaide.

Warm and intuitive, Jess values creating a safe and collaborative space where her patients feel empowered and supported. She believes that therapy is most effective when it is guided by a strong therapeutic relationship, built on trust, safety, and genuine connection. Central to her work is fostering shared understandings with patients, ensuring they feel heard and actively involved in the process. Consequently, Jess views her patients as the 'experts in their own lives’ and strives to support her patients to garner their own curiosity and strengths, make meaningful change, increase self-awareness, and develop a better understanding of not only themselves, but others and the world around them.

Jess draws on a range of evidence-based therapies, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). Jess approaches her therapy from a bio-psycho-social perspective, considering not only the biological, psychological, and social factors that shape wellbeing on an individual level, but also the broader systemic and social conditions that can impact mental health.

Jess has experience supporting patients through a range of challenges including stress,  anxiety, depression, trauma, low self-esteem, chronic disease management, emotional regulation and interpersonal challenges.

Jess is available for adult and children’s assessments and individual therapy sessions with adults.
