Kiara is a warm, open, empathetic and understanding Provisional Psychologist.
Kiara has a very welcoming, friendly and validating approach that creates a comfortable and safe space for clients to explore and understand themselves better. She believes that our experiences and differences are what make us unique and strives to support clients to embrace these and use them in positive and powerful ways.
Kiara has experience working with clients across the lifespan, with a particular interest in working with younger children, adolescents, young adults, neurodiverse clients, and those with concerns around trauma.
Using a person-centred approach, she has extensive experience supporting younger clients working alongside their families, schools, workplaces and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes. She has a passion for supporting clients in exploring and understanding neurodiversity, and encouraging healthy adjustment to the various stressors, challenges, and transitions of life.
She aims to assist clients in living their most authentic lives by utilising holistic evidence-based therapies and strategies to meet goals, manage, and own the life they wish to live.
