Lachlan has over 10 years’ experience as a Registered Psychologist. He completed his Bachelor of Health Science (Honours Psychology) at The University of Adelaide and a Masters of Psychology (Work & Organisational) at University of South Australia. He is nearing completion of Master of Clinical Psychology at Charles Sturt University.

Lachlan’s therapeutic style is warm, friendly and compassionate. Devoted to building trust and a therapeutic alliance with clients, Lachlan provides a safe space for clients to tell their personal story. He adopts a curious, open-minded approach and strives to ensure that his patients feel understood, supported, respected and empowered. He believes in the importance of therapy being holistic, tailored to the individual, and helping clients achieve greater meaning and satisfaction in their lives.

Lachlan is trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Prior to clinical psychology, Lachlan worked in organisational psychology and people performance.

Lachlan has worked with adolescents and adults experiencing a range of mental health concerns. Lachlan has particular interest in treating anxiety disorders, mood disorders, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), sleep problems, general life difficulties and stress.
