Madeline is a Registered Psychologist and Board Approved Supervisor with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).  She holds a Master of Psychology (Forensic) from the University of South Australia, a Post Graduate Diploma of Psychology from Bond University, and Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) from the University of South Australia.

Intuitive and insightful, with a calm, warm and caring nature, Madeline takes a person-centred, strengths-based, and solution-focussed approach to therapy empowering her patients to take a directive role in achieving their therapeutic goals.

 

Empathetic and supportive, Madeline creates a safe and non-judgemental space for her patients to discuss their issues or concerns, understand their thoughts and feelings and learn how to communicate and cope more effectively. She utilises a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Informed Therapy.

​Madeline has over 18 years’ experience as a psychologist in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns. She works with adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, stress and burnout, as well as providing individual therapy for relationship difficulties, grief, and loss.

​

Madeline has worked across diverse settings throughout her career including private practice, child protection, and the courts. Madeline has experienced in forensic risk assessments involving complex presentations.
